Hotel Praktik Bakery

A scone's throw from Passieg de Gràcia

By Siena Morrell, VeryChic correspondent
Who knew you could get so lost in a city with a simple grid system? My normally strong sense of orientation failed me upon arrival in Barcelona, and I was just one wrong-turn away from stopping someone to ask for directions. Until suddenly the divine smell of fresh bread wafted towards me on an autumn breeze. My gurgling stomach encouraging me to follow the mouth-watering scent, I found myself at the yellow awnings of the Baluard bakery, which, happily, also marked my destination for the weekend: the Praktik Bakery Hotel.
