Opera Garden Hotel & Apartments ★★★★

Luxury living in contemporary style in the heart of beguiling Budapest.

By Rhona Pearce, VeryChic correspondent
Budapest's history is colourful, exciting and traces back as far as the Stone Age. It has been fought over and taken by many, from Attila the Hun to the Turks and the Soviets, and each have left their mark. It is perhaps surprising, then, that the city today is incredibly beautiful and serene. From every angle you cannot fail to see a gorgeous view, round every corner a stunning piece of architecture and on every street a charming boutique or little market. It is a city of thermal spas and well-being, wonderful shopping, dazzling mountainside walks and strolls along the Danube. Where better to stay, therefore, than a hotel that has captured Budapest's rich heritage and made it present-day perfection in sophisticated, contemporary design and ultimate comfort? Nestled right by the famous Opera House lies just such a place: The Opera Garden Hotel & Apartments.
