A stay in the grandeur of highbrow Vienna

Exceptional
9.5 /10
By Melanie Webb, VeryChic correspondent
“Music is the wine which inspires one to new generative processes.” – Beethoven.

You’ll find an abundance of music and wine in the cultural haven of Vienna. This city’s pompous architecture, selection of coffee houses lining the streets and array of elegant museums are a breeding ground for intellectuality and high-culture entertainment. Scholars from Mozart to Freud either came from or were led to Vienna; especially an overwhelmingly large number of legendary musicians which made Vienna their home, and created a musical and intelligent capital of Europe. With its efficient transport system, talented chefs’ in delicious restaurants, the hubbub of people in cafés discussing world peace and the song of opera in nearby concert halls, Vienna’s high-quality of life is simply inspiring.
