View all offersIt’s clear at first glance that the Emblem is much more than just a hotel; it’s a painstakingly created homage to Art Deco design, and Prague’s artistic spirit. A slick chestnut-coloured desk, a striking cubist painting and colourful flowers all work together in a minimalist design that greets guests at the reception. Far from the usual “look but don’t touch” stiffness that you tend to find in impeccable design hotels, this living and breathing work of art prides itself on its community atmosphere, and strikes the fine balance between beauty and comfort with apparent ease.
The rooms are continuation of the Emblem’s design philosophy. They are small but quaint; sleek and minimalist compromising of a large bed, 40inch flat-screen, and a smart chestnut desk, each filled with light from the huge windows. As an esteemed VeryChic guest we were also granted access to the Maharal Club Lounge, a self-proclaimed “Living Room away from home” imbued with the hotel’s typical design flair. Intriguing, hanging cubed lights and comfortable leather sofas fill the salon, while the intimate fumoir features decadent chandeliers and gorgeous Chesterfield leather sofas centred around a modern fireplace, beckoning you to come relax after a long journey with a stiff drink from the self-service bar...
“The perfect rejuvenating escape in the centre of urban Prague.”
As guests we were truly spoiled; when we weren’t soothing our tired feet with holistic Pure Altitude treatments in the M Spa, we could be found by the rooftop hot tub relaxing in the splendour of the marvellous city around us. The spoiling continues long into the evening at the George Prime Steak restaurant, a visually stunning steakhouse that serves dishes as beautiful as its surroundings. Choose a hand-crafted cocktail or a rich Californian wine from their extensive wine list (or simply have both) and while away the hours in the restaurant’s unique atmosphere. Impeccably beautiful and yet saturated with warmth, the Emblem Prague ***** may well be Prague’s finest work of art yet.
