They’re centred on a glittering blue pool and a lawn of lush green grass and minimalist furniture effortlessly blends with the traditional walls made of mismatching stones. This simple approach is adopted throughout the hotel, with smooth beige patios, and the furniture and nature that share light brown tones.

Torralbenc preserves the history of its buildings; the restaurant was a former storehouse for the grape harvest and wine barrels. The flavours stay true to the Mediterranean area, and true to the local area. All the produce is seasonal and locally supplied which results in a fresh and rich flavour and the dishes are based on established family recipes and guided by renowned and Michelin starred chef Paco Morales. But, this is not all that his peace haven has to offer. Their Natural Bissé spa takes its services that one step further, treatments to relax the soul and rejuvenate the body are actualised in this tranquil environment with professional expertise and specialised products.

This is honey-coated with the helpful staff that make this hotel feel more like a five star than a four star. Your every need is tended to, if you wish to eat breakfast from the comfort of your own terrace it can be delivered, if you need advice about the area, the staff will not hesitate to inform you of the various activities and excursions, you will not be left wanting.

All this you will find in the calm and quaint village of Alaisor, only ten minutes from the town of Cala en Porter and ten minutes from the airport, its location is rather convenient. However, the best thing about its location is that it is lost in the environment of Menorca, and you too can soothingly lose yourself in this rustic and natural paradise.
