Naxos Island does have its own airport, but depending on the seasons there are only 2 flights per day coming in from
Athens (1 in low season) via
Olympic Air. Tickets are scarce especially in summer, but if you can manage taking this flight, it would be the most convenient way to arrive. Another option would be flying to
Mykonos airport and taking a ferry from there to Naxos.

British Airways, Aegean and low cost EasyJet and
Ryanair all operate direct flights out of London. Aegean further fly from Birmingham and Manchester, and EasyJet from Manchester and Edinburgh. British Airways also fly indirect from Glasgow and Belfast.
- From Ireland: Direct flights can be found operated by
Aer Lingus out of Dublin.
- From Germany:
Lufthansa and Aegean fly direct out of Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich. Easyjet also fly direct from Berlin and Hamburg while
Germanwings fly from Munich.
- From the Netherlands:
KLM provide direct flights from Amsterdam to Athens.
- From Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland:
SAS,
Norwegian and Aegean fly direct from Stockholm in Sweden, Oslo in Norway and Copenhagen, Denmark. Norwegian airlines operate direct flights out of Helsinki, Finland.
- From France:
Air France, Aegean and EasyJet all fly direct from Paris. Air France further provide direct flights from Toulouse, Marseille and Nice, while Aegean also fly from Marseille and Lyon.

- From the UK:
British Airways,
EasyJet and
Thomson Airways fly seasonal direct flights to Mykonos. EasyJet also fly seasonally from Manchester. Aegean Airlines offer indirect flights from London and Manchester, otherwise more flights are available to Athens.
- From Ireland: No airlines fly direct from cities in Ireland to Mykonos; however, flights are available from Dublin to Athens with
Aer Lingus for instance.
- From Germany:
Condor fly seasonal direct flights to Mykonos from Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich while
Germanwings fly seasonally from Cologne. Aegean Airlines offer indirect flights from Berlin and other citie. More flights are available to Athens.
- From the Netherlands: There are no flights that operate between cities in the Netherlands and Mykonos; however, you can find flights to Athens with
KLM or
Transavia for instance.
- From Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland:
SAS fly seasonal flights direct to Mykonos from Stockholm. Aegean Airlines offer indirect flights from all four respective capitals Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo & Helsinki. Other airlines offer flights to Athens such as SAS,
Norwegian or
Finnair.
- From France: Direct, seasonal flights are available from Paris with EasyJet. Aegean also provide indirect flights from Paris and other cities such as Lyon and Marseille. Otherwise you can find flights to Athens with
Air France or EasyJet for instance.

Aegean Airlines offer indirect flights (with a changeover in Athens) from some other cities across Europe. It is also possible to fly first to Athens and then either take an Aegean flight or a boat the rest of the way to Mykonos.
