Hotel & Spa Xalet Bringué ★★★★

Boutique hotel in the pristine mountains of Andorra.

8.5 /10
By Jo Weston, VeryChic correspondant
Andorra is a tiny country, and one I knew very little about before being invited on holiday to the Pyrenees by some friends. Initially I was a bit dubious - I’m not the greatest outdoors adventurer - but my husband won me over with the mention that the hotel we were going to be staying at, Hotel & Spa Xalet Bringué, was more spa than it was a mountain lodge. Still, I was feeling a bit uncertain as we drove through miles and miles of pristine mountain landscape. It was stunning, but didn't look as though there were many creature comforts around! My worries were soon allayed as we entered the luxury and elegance of this boutique mountain retreat.
