BY PLANE
Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), or simply "Lisbon Airport", sits just 7km / 4.3mi north of Lisbon city centre and around 10km / 65mi (15 minutes') drive from the hotel. It is a well-served international airport and the main hub for TAP Portugal. The airport receives regular flights from most capitals and many other major cities in Europe, including from the UK.
From the airport to the hotel:
• Taxi: located outside the terminals, prices are calculated on distance and it should take around 15-30 minutes to reach the city centre.
• Metro: the red line operates to São Sebastião in the city, change there for the blue line, or at Alameda for the green line, into the city centre. The journey takes around 35 minutes.
• Bus: Aerobus Line 1 operates to the city centre of Lisbon every 20 minutes, taking around 45 minutes.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
