The Domaine Méjan is situated in the heart of the Alpilles Regional Park, nearby the cosy villages of Provence le Paradou and Maussane.
Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes Airport, (46km/ 29mi) is located 40 minutes west of the hotel. HOP! operate flights from Paris and Lyon and Ryanair fly from London.
Marseille-Provence Airport (65km/40mi) is the closest well served international airport, located under an hour south-east of the hotel, it receives flights from many capitals and major cities across Europe.
-By car: we recommend renting a car from a car rental company, they can be easily found at the airport terminal, although it is cheaper to book online and in advance.
-By taxi: Taxis can be found outside the airport’s terminal. The journey will take around 50 minutes, depending on the traffic. They journey costs between 85€ and 95€.
-By train: take the French railways (SNFC line regional- express) from Vitrolles Aeroport Marseille to Arles. From Arles Gare SNCf take the bus (Line 029) to Paradou Centre. The journey takes approximately 2 hours and costs 13€.
-By bus: The cheapest but less convenient way of making it to the lodge. Take the bus (line 017) from Mp2 to Salon Morgan. From Salon Morgan take bus line 029 to Paradou centre. From there it is only a short minute walk to the hotel. The journey takes 3 hours and costs 2€.
The closest major train stations are in Avignon. There are two train stations serving Avignon, the TGV (high-speed train) station in the suburbs and Avignon Centre, near the town centre. France’s high-speed TGV train services operate to Avignon TGV station from other major French cities. It is also possible to book high-speed trains from other cities across Europe with companies such as Thalys or Eurostar (only from London).
-By taxi: taxi's can be found outside the train station. Take the train station from Gare TGV Avignon to Paradou. The journey costs between 65€ and 80€ and takes around 30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
-By train: from Avignon TGV take the French railways (SNFC line regional-express) to Avignon centre. From Avignon centre continue to Arles (SNFC line regional-express). From Arles Gare SNFC take the bus towards Paradou centre (line 029). From Paradou centre it is only a short walk to Lodge. The journey takes around 2 hours and costs approximately 8€.
-By bus: From Avignon TGV take the SNFC bus to Arles. From Arles take the bus (line 029) to Paradou centre from where it is only a short walk to the lodge. The journey takes approximately 2 hours, depending on the traffic.
