Hotel Exe Prisma ★★★★

Andorra one of the smallest principalities in the world, easy to overlook, however, might I add, this picturesque land holds testament to the phrase “the best things come in small packages.” Andorra takes it one step further, beautiful things come in small packages. But this is not to mean that a stay in Exe Prisma will also be small; rooms are a spacious 40m2 and the hotel has all the luxuries you would expect from a high-class four-star establishment, what is small – thanks to VeryChic – is the price tag.

You’ll be able to save some money for the more important things, such as the shopping, one thing for which the tax-free haven of Andorra is famous, and rightly so! The Exe Prisma is in the prime location for shopping just a few minutes walk away from Andorra’s main shopping street, the Avinguda Carlemany, and five minutes from the grand shopping centre; Illa Carlemany which also is bursting with entertainment.

After an inevitably busy day out in the city you can choose to relax in the warming waters of the thermal spa, Caldea which also is only five minutes away. At the Exe Prisma, everything really is at your doorstep! The hotel itself will greet you with a fresh allure, exuding luxury with its sophisticated and elegant décor. The main outstanding feature are the round staircases that join together in a large spiral. The centre of the spiral is lit by a wide, round skylight, that allows the sun to shine down through the hotel like a spotlight making the deep mahogany bannisters glimmer in the light.

The reddish-brown wood that is used throughout to decorate only heightens the luxury of the hotel and the mystery about what awaits you in your spacious room. Rooms are delicately decorated so that they suit even the most refined of tastes and create a spacious and light feeling. The large windows that span across the outside wall of the room allow in the refreshing light, whilst dark curtains that fall on either side are perfect for lie-ins when you don’t want the sunrise to ruin your slumber!
