  • Visit the beautiful artist town of Cadaqués, mosey around its labyrinth of tiny streets, step into curious little boutiques and stroll along the sea, watching the boats bobbing on the water.   • Drive up the mountain to the beautiful, serene and mysterious monastery that overlooks the coast from its lofty perch. The earliest records of it date back to 878 and its origin is unknown thus enshrouding it in legends, one of which are that here is where monks buried the remains of Saint Peter to protect them from the Barbarians and that later a church was built on the holy site. It is a beautiful, majestic and peaceful place to see regardless and has its own restaurant should you wish to have lunch overlooking the fabulous views. BY PLANE

  • The nearest airport is Girona–Costa Brava Airport, around 70 km / 43.5 mi from the hotel. Ryanair offer year-round and seasonal flights from many cities across Europe while some other low-cost airlines also operate seasonal flights from particular countries, like Thomson Airways from the UK or Transavia from the Netherlands.

    You will also find a much larger selection of international flights to Barcelona-El Prat Airport, 182 km / 113 mi from the hotel.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • From Girona–Costa Brava airport:
    - By car: The most convenient way to get to the hotel and around during your stay, car rental desks can be found at the airport terminal. Follow signs onto the E-15 / AP-7 towards Girona, continue along this road eventually taking exit 4 for Figueres / Roses. At the roundabout take the second exit for Roses-Cadaqués on the N-11. Exit for the N-260 to Figueres. Take the N-260 for about 10km and take the exit for La Jonquera/Roses and turn left onto GI-604 (signs for C-252/Garriguella/La Jonquera). At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the GIV-6032. Make a slight right onto Carrer Gran/GIV-6032 and continue to follow GIV-6032 for about 1.6km and the turn right to stay on the GIV-6032. Follow the GIV-6032 for another 2.7km and follow the sign for the hotel.

    From Barcelona-El Prat airport:
    - By car: This is the only really convenient way of getting to the hotel from the airport, the front desks for most major car rental companies can be found on the ground floor of Terminal 1 and at the main exit hall of Terminal 2B.
    Follow signs for the motorway towards Girona, which will eventually bring you onto the AP-7 / E-15. Once on this road continue past Girona and eventually, take the exit 4 for Figueres / Roses. At the roundabout take the second exit for Roses-Cadaqués on the N-11. Exit for the N-260 to Figueres.
