The Danube is an alluring river that winds its graceful path through many cities in ten different countries. ROOMbach Hotel Budapest Center is located in the heart of Budapest, 300 metres from Ferenc Deák Square and 1 km from the Chain Bridge.

BY PLANE

  • Budapest is served by the Ferenc Liszt International Airport (unofficially: Budapest Ferihegy International Airport), located  21km/13 mi south east of the hotel, it receives flights from many capitals and major cities across Europe.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • - By taxi: this is probably the quickest and most convenient way to get to the hotel. The ride takes around 20 minutes and costs between 21€ and 26€. It is recommended to agree on a price with the driver before leaving.

    - Minibus: Inside the arrival hall at the airport, a mini shuttle service can be organized (aprox. 10€/£7 per person).

    - Public transport: From the airport, take bus line 200E to Kőbánya-Kispest M (20 minutes). Then, switch to the metro taking line M3 (blue line) to Deák Ferenc tér M (15 minutes). These two rides will cost around 2€ in total. From the station, facing the park, turn right onto Deák Ferenc tér, cross the street and turn left onto Király u. Take the second street on your right and walk 2 minutes down to the hotel.

    - By car: From each highway follow signs towards the city center or 'Centrum'. From Deák Ferenc Tér go onto Andrássy Boulevard and from here turn the second street right, named Székely Mihály street. Take the second turn to the  right onto Király Utca. Continue on Kiraly Utca until Rumbach Sebestyén utca on the left (second street). Within 50 Meters on the right side you will face our hotel.Also note that there is zero alcohol tolerance for drivers.
