Is it the architectural landmarks, the exquisite cuisine, the glamorous boutiques or the romantic ambience? We don’t know what it is about Paris that makes it so timeless and appealing, but it’s got that certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ that keeps bringing us back for more. The city is home to a multitude of hidden gems, particularly in the Saint-Germain neighbourhood… a jumble of streets sprinkled with Parisian boutiques, patisseries full of macarons, art galleries, iconic cafes and antique shops, not to mention the renowned monuments including Notre-Dame and the Pantheon. But the icing on the cake is nestled amongst all of this: Hotel Baume is a 1930s style boutique hotel exuding elegance, romance and unique authenticity.
