Le Régent is located in the north-west of France in Pornichet, facing one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.

BY PLANE

  • The closest airport to the hotel is Nantes Atlantique Airport, about 8 km (5.0 mi) southwest of Nantes city centre.

    - From the UK: EasyJet and CityJet fly from London. Flybe fly from Manchester and Southampton but also indirectly from other cities such as Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast.
    - From Ireland: Direct flights are operated by Ryanair out of Dublin.

    - From the Netherlands: Air France fly direct from Amsterdam.

    - From Germany: Transavia fly seasonally from Berlin and Volotea seasonally from Munich. Air France fly some direct flights and also indirectly from Dusseldorf and Munich.

    - From Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland: Indirect flights are available with Air France from all four respective capitals: Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki.

    - From France: Air France fly direct out of Paris, Nice and Marseille. EasyJet also fly from Nice, along with Lyon and Toulouse. Hop! fly from several cities including Lyon and Toulouse and Ryanair also fly from Marseille.

GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • - By train: The total journey takes around 2 hours and costs between £9 and £11. From the airport, take the Tan bus to Nantes Gare SNCF Sud. From there, take a train to Pornichet (tickets can be booked on the SCNF website). The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Pornichet train station.

    - By car: The airport is a 50 minute drive away. Head towards Vannes/Rennes/Nantes Noirmoutiers and merge on the E3. Take exit 33-Porte d'Ar Mor towardVannes/Saint-Nazaire/Saint-Herblain-Centre/Nantes-Centre/Nord-Laennec and continue toward N444. Take the exit to Vannes and then merge onto N165. Use the right 2 lanes to take the N171 exit toward Saint-Nazaire/La Baule/Savenay-Centre. Continue onto N171 for around 20 minutes and take exit toward D99/La Baule/Saint-Nazaire-Ouest/Guérande. Merge onto D213 and take the D392 exit toward Pornichet/Saint-André-des-Eaux. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto avenue Camille Flammarion. Continue onto Avenue Emile Outier and turn left onto Avenue Georges Clémenceau. At the two next roundabouts take the first exits and on Boulevard des Océanides, the hotel will be on your right.

BY TRAIN

  • International trains go through Paris first, and tickets can be booked on TGV, Thalys or Eurostar. From there, you can book your train to Pornichet station on SNCF. Not that you will have to change trains in Nantes first.

  • Local tourist taxes not included: 1€ a night, per person (ages 12+)
