Essaouira
Morocco
The Domaine de l'Arganeraie se is located just outside of the majestic city of Essaouira and its famous port.
The hotel is a 10 minute ride from Essaouira Mogador Airport. Though the closest airport is Essaouira-Mogador Airport, only flights from Paris with Royal Air Maroc or Transavia and seasonal flights from Marseille with Ryanair are available. The closest well served international airport is Marrakech Menara Airport (around a 2.5 hour drive away). Flights below are to Marrakech:
- From the UK: Direct flights from London are offered by British Airways, Thomson, EasyJet and Ryanair. Thomson and Easyjet also operate direct flights from Bristol and Manchester. British Airways also fly indirect from other cities such as Belfast.
- From Ireland: Ryanair fly direct from Dublin.
- From Germany: Easyjet fly direct out of Berlin, Germanwings from Cologne. Ryanair also fly direct from Dusseldorf and Frankfurt.
- From the Netherlands: Transavia fly direct from Amsterdam while Ryanair fly direct from Eindhoven.
- From Sweden, Denmark and Norway: Depending on the season, Norwegian fly direct from Stockholm and Oslo and Vueling occasionally fly indirectly. Norwegian also runs flights from Copenhagen.
- From Finland: Indirect flights are sometimes available from Helsinki with Norwegian and Vueling.
- From France: Between the following airlines, direct flights can be found from most big cities in France: Air France, Royal Air Maroc, EasyJet, Transavia and Ryanair.
The hotel offers to organize your transport from Essaouira or Marrakech airports. The trip in a private taxi from Essaouira airport costs 13€, and from Marrakech airport it is 70€. We recommend taking this option since finding a taxi and bargaining prices can be a challenge.
