New York is currently served by two main international airports: John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), located around 12 mi (20 km) southeast of Lower Manhattan, and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), located around 15 mi (24 km) southwest of Midtown Manhattan, in New Jersey.
Between them they receive international flights from a large number of airlines and destinations, including from most capitals and many large cities across Europe.
- By taxi: The 20-minute taxi ride to the hotel should cost between £45and £55.
- By train and metro: The total journey takes around an hour. From Terminal 4, take the AirTrain JFK towards Jamaica and get off at Jamaica Station – Stuphin Boulevard. From there take the metro Line E towards World Trade Center, and get off at 7 Av. When you exit the subway station, walk up the Pedestrian Arcade until W57th Street, and turn right, the hotel will be on your right.
