The easiest way to reach the hotel is by car.
From Brussels, follow signs for Antwerpen/Mechelen and merge onto the E19. Follow the E19 for 1.2km/0.75mi, then take exit 12-Vilvoorde-luchthavenlaan for the N211 and follow signs for Beaulieu. Follow the E314 towards Hasselt and eventually follow the signs that lead to Genk. Take exit 32-Genk-Oost to merge onto Europalaan/N75 toward Maaseik/Dilsen-Stokkem/As/Zutendaal and drive to Wiemesmeerstraat.

If choosing to arrive by train, Genk railway station is the closest to the hotel. There are regular trains running between Brussels Leuven and then from Leuven to Genk with the intercity Belgian Railways. From Genk you can take a bus line 47 or G7 to Genk Wijerdriesstraat which will drop you off right next to the hotel.
Arriving internationally, high-speed trains are operated by several companies: Eurostar from the UK, TGV from France and Thalys from a variety of countries including the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands. Some journey times are: Paris (1 hour 30 minutes), London, Amsterdam and Cologne (1 hour and 50 minutes). Arriving by Eurostar, TGV, Thalys or local train, you need to go to the Brussels Midi Station.
Brussels is served by two airports, Brussels National Airport located in the neighbouring municipality of Zaventem, and Brussels-South Charleroi Airport located between Brussels and Charleroi in Gosselies. From Brussels National Airport take the Belgian Railways (line intercity/ inter region) to Genk.
- From the UK: British Airways, Brussels Airlines and EasyJet operate direct flights out of London. Brussels Airlines and Ryanair operate direct flights from Edinburgh and Manchester while Brussels Airlines also provide flights from Birmingham and Bristol.
- From Ireland: Flying from Dublin, you can find direct flights provided by Air Lingus and Ryanair, while Aer Lingus also fly direct from Cork.
- From Germany: Carriers flying direct out of Berlin include: Lufthansa, Brussels Airlines and Easyjet. Lufthansa and Brussels Airlines also fly direct out of Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich.
- From the Netherlands: KLM offer direct flights from Amsterdam to Brussels.
- From Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland: SAS, Brussels Airlines and Ryanair fly direct from Stockholm, Sweden and Oslo, Norway. SAS and Brussels airlines fly direct from Copenhagen, Denmark. Meanwhile Finnair fly from Helsinki, Finland.
- From France: Brussels Airlines fly direct from Paris and Strasbourg and also, along with Easyjet, out of Toulouse, Lyon and Nice. Ryanair offer direct flights from Bordeaux and Marseille.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
