Difficult to believe, but true: the Château de la Begude offers the best of both worlds. In fact, this region was awarded the best European golfing destination trophy back in 2010 and is a real draw for all golfers worldwide. However, there is much more to see aside from golf in this fabulous region. Provence is not only the home of picturesque villages perchés clinging to rolling green hills, but some of France’s best art, too, such as the pretty Saint Paul-de-Vence that overflows with fabulous art to rival its own cobbled beauty.

The chic modern palette of off-whites, greys and creams in the rooms contrast deliciously with the traditional, rustic wood fittings. Similarly, the hearty Provençal cuisine de grandmère served at the brasserie-style La Bégude offers typical lunches to contrast the delicious gastronomic fare of Le Ciste, which is as chic and modern as the décor in the stylish rooftop lounge bar La Terrasse.
