I had reached a point where my brain was constantly processing at 100 miles per hour and was desperately in need of a break. That’s why I treated my other half and I to a jaunt at the Ramada Plaza Antalya *****, nestled on the edge of the wondrous Mediterranean coast of Turkey. With its luxurious accommodation, top-class facilities, gastronomic delights and proximity to the town’s historical Kaleiçi area, everything would be taken care of. The only thing I had to think about was enjoying myself: I simply couldn’t wait.

    - From Germany: Air Berlin, Corendon Dutch Airlines, Germanwings and Germania fly from both airports in Berlin as well as Düsseldorf, Leipzig/Halle, Nuremberg, Dresden, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Hanover and Stuttgurt and Turkish Airlines provide seasonal flights from Hamburg and Stuttgart.

    - From the Netherlands: Departing from Amsterdam, Pegasus Airlines, Transavia and TUIfly all provide direct flights. Transavia also offer direct seasonal flights from Eindhoven and Rotterdam.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • - By taxi: A taxi from the Antalya Airport will take around 20 minutes and will cost 23 TL - 27 TL.

    - By car: From the airport, follow Serik Street for about 5km until Aspendos Road. When you get to the big square which connects Aspendos and Perge Road, turn left and follow signs for Portakal Cicegi Street. After Portakal Cicegi Street, continue to Tevfik Fikret Street. Follow signs for the stadium, you will see the Ramada Plaza Antalya on the right-hand side of the stadium.
