Set on a peninsula surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, Hotel Eden Roc **** is located just outside Sant Feliu de Guixols on Spain’s Costa Brava, less than an hour from Girona.

BY PLANE

  • The nearest airport is Girona–Costa Brava Airport (GRO), 12 km (7.8 mi) south of Girona and around 80 km (50 mi) from the hotel. Ryanair offer year-round & seasonal flights from many cities across Europe to Girona while some other low-cost airlines also operate seasonal flights from particular countries, like Thomson Airways from the UK or Transavia from the Netherlands.

    You will also find a much larger selection of international flights to Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN), found just 12 km (7.5 mi) southwest of Barcelona city centre and around 139 km (85 mi) from the hotel. The airport is well served by flights from capitals and large cities all across Europe, operated by many different airlines. The aiport acts, however, as a main base for Vueling, and as a hub for Iberia, Air Europa, Ryanair, and Norwegian Air Shuttle.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • From Girona Airport:
    By taxi: A taxi will take 35-40 minutes and will cost 40€ - 50€
    By bus: From Girona Airport, there are four daily buses to Sant Feliu de Guíxols which take half an hour and cost 4€ - 8€. From there, it is a 20 minute walk or a quick taxi journey to the hotel.

    From Barcelona Airport:
    On arrival at Barcelona El-Prat Airport, you need to go to Barcelona city centre by taking the Renfe train to Barcelona-Sants; the ride takes around 15 minutes and costs 4€. From there, connect to the AVE line going to Girona. This time the ride lasts about 40 minutes and costs between 25€ and 28€, to ensure seating, we recommend buying tickets in advance. There are buses from Girona to Sant Feliu de Guíxols every hour and from there it is a 20 minute walk or a quick taxi journey to the hotel.
