  • Berlin is currently served by two main airports Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL), located around 8 km (5.0 mi) northwest of the city centre, and Berlin Schönefeld Airport (SFX), located around 18 km (11 mi) southeast of the city centre. Between them, they receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe.

    Berlin Tegal is notably a hub for Air Berlin and Germanwings, while Berlin Schönefeld is notably a hub for EasyJet, Ryanair and Condor.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • From Tegel Airport:
    By taxi: A taxi from the airport to the hotel will take around 25 minutes and will cost 22€ - 26€.
    By public transport: You can take bus 128 to Kurt-Schumacher-Platz and from there, change to the metro (line 6) to U Französische Str. It is then a 2 minute walk to the hotel.

    From Schönefeld Airport:
    By taxi: A taxi from the airport to the hotel will take just over half an hour and will cost 40€ - 45€.
    By public transport: You can take the S45 train to S+U Tempelhof Berlin and then switch to the metro (line 6) to U Französische Str. It is then a 2 minute walk to the hotel.
