Bastide Rose

Cezanne was writing of Provence, but he could have easily been writing instead about the Bastide Rose. The on-site museum is in homage to Poppy’s late husband, Pierre Salinger, a prominent spokesperson for President J.F. Kennedy. In addition, the gardens of the Bastide Rose are given to giant sculptural works by local artists, an ever-changing delight to the hotel’s returning visitors.
