On the north-eastern coast of Italy lies the city of Cervia, once renowned for its salt production and fisheries, and now a thriving tourist attraction. In spite of the holidaymakers, the city maintains its charm, with leafy, tree-lined avenues and beautiful beaches, as well as a bustling city centre filled with boutique shops, restaurants and bars.
