On the north-eastern coast of Italy lies the city of Cervia, once renowned for its salt production and fisheries, and now a thriving tourist attraction. In spite of the holidaymakers, the city maintains its charm, with leafy, tree-lined avenues and beautiful beaches, as well as a bustling city centre filled with boutique shops, restaurants and bars. Just apart from the main city, in Milano Marittima, is the beautiful MarePineta Resort, the perfect idyllic retreat amidst the pine trees.
