BY PLANE

  • Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), located 25 km (16 mi) to the northeast of Paris, Paris Orly (ORY), located 13 km (8.1 mi) south of Paris, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), around 85 km (53 mi) north of Paris (near the city of Beauvais).

    Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe. Meanwhile, low-cost airlines (notably Ryanair), operate flights to Paris Beauvais from many cities across Europe.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORTS TO THE HOTEL

  • From Paris Orly Airport:
    By taxi: A taxi from the airport to the hotel can take up to an hour depending on traffic - fares can vary considerably.
    By train/metro: Get the Orlyval at Orly to Anthony Ratp and then get the RER train to Paris Nord. From there it is a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride to the hotel. The train journeys will cost around 12€ in total.

    From Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport:
    By taxi: It takes approximately 25 minutes by taxi - fares can vary considerably.
    By train: Take the RER train to Paris Nord and from there it is a 15-20 minute walk or a short taxi ride to the hotel. The train will cost around 10€.

    From Paris Beauvais Airport:
    By bus/metro: The Airport Shuttle Bus goes every ten minutes and takes 1 hour and 15 minutes (16€). Take the train to Paris Avenue Foch then take the metro (line 2) to Pigalle. From there it is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

    From Gare du Nord:
    By taxi: It takes around 10 minutes by taxi - fares can vary considerably.
    By train/metro: Take the metro (line 4) to Barbès – Rochechouart then change to line 2 and get off at Pigalle – from there it is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

    From Gare Montparnasse:
    By taxi: It takes around half an hour by taxi - fares can vary considerably.
    By metro: Take line 12 from Montparnasse Bienvenüe to Pigalle and from there it is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

    From Gare de Lyon:
    By taxi: It takes around half an hour by taxi - fares can vary considerably.
    By metro: Switch to the metro and take line 14 to Madeleine then line 12 to Pigalle. From there it is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

BY TRAIN

  • From the UK is it possible to book via Eurostar, otherwise Thalys or TGV operate from other neighbouring counties and elsewhere in France. Most international trains arrive at either Paris Gare du Nord or Paris Gare de l’Est.
