A golfers’ paradise and a spa-rejuvenation Shangri-La can be strange places for the uninitiated. Sandy beaches, sandbaggers, and sand traps
The Mas d’Huston **** is perfectly placed between the foothills of the Catalan Pyrenees, the lovely Mediterranean coast, and the watery stretches of Canigou Lake. Set just a kilometre from the Mediterranean coast, Le Mas d’Houston is located in Saint-Cyprien, a 15-minute drive from the centre of Perpignan in the south of France.
BY PLANE
The closest airport to the hotel is Perpignan-Rivesaltes Airport. However, there are limited flights to this airport and they vary seasonally, with regular flights from Paris and elsewhere in France. In season, it receives flights from several capitals and major cities across Europe.
HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
By taxi: A taxi from the airport to the hotel will take around 25 minutes and will cost 30€ - 40€.
By car: From the airport, get onto the D900 towards Narbonne/Rivesaltes/Espace Polygone then take the exit towards Espace Polygone. Continue following signs for the D82 then take the 3rd exit at the roundabout after the river, onto D617 heading to Bompas/Canet-en-Roussillon. Continue to follow D81A then continue onto Lotissement le Stade II and the hotel will be on your left after a kilometre. Grid reference: 42.638909, 3.017240.
