Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), located 25 km (16 mi) to the northeast of Paris, Paris Orly (ORY), located 13 km (8.1 mi) south of Paris, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), around 85 km (53 mi) north of Paris (near the city of Beauvais).
Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe. Meanwhile, low-cost airlines (notably Ryanair), operate flights to Paris Beauvais from many cities across Europe.
HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORTS TO THE HOTEL
From Paris Orly Airport:
By taxi: Taxis are easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the rank. Fares vary depending on traffic, but expect to the journey to be approx. 30 minutes.
By public transport: Take the bus from Orly Airport to Montparnasse Station. From there, switch to the metro and take the M13 for 9 stols to Place de Clichy.
From Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport:
By taxi: Taxis are easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the rank. Fares vary depending on traffic, but expect to the journey to be approx. 30 minutes.
By public transport: Take the RER train to Gare du Nord then walk to La Chapelle and take the M2 for 4 stops to Blanche.
From Paris Beauvais Airport:
By public transport: The Airport Shuttle Bus goes every ten minutes and takes 1 hour and 15 minutes (16€). Take the train to Paris Avenue Foch then take the metro (line 2) to Place de Clichy.
From Gare du Nord:
By taxi: Taxis are easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the rank. Fares vary depending on traffic, but expect to the journey to be approx. 10 minutes.
By public transport: Take the M4 in the direction of Porte de Clingancourt to Barbès – Rochechouart. From here, take the M2 in the direction of Porte Dauphine three stops to metro stop Blanche.
From Gare Montparnasse:
By taxi: Taxis are easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the rank. Fares vary depending on traffic, but expect to the journey to be approx. 20 minutes.
By public transport: Walk to Metro station Gaîté, and take the M13 towards Saint-Denis – Université. Get off at Place de Clichy.
From Gare de Lyon:
By taxi: Taxis are easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the rank. Fares vary depending on traffic, but expect to the journey to be approx. 20 minutes.
By public transport: Take the RER A (Red) towards La Défense and get off at Charles de Gaulle-Etoile. Here, change for the M2 (Blue) in the direction of Nation to metro stop Blanche.
TRAIN
Most international trains arrive at either Paris Gare du Nord or Paris de l’Est.
From the UK it is possible to book via Eurostar, otherwise Thalys or TGV operate from other neighbouring counties and elsewhere in France.
METRO
Blanche metro station is 350 metres from the apartment (a 4-minute walk), serving lines 2 and 13.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
