TRANSPORT

PLANE

  • Cancún International Airport (CUN) is located just south of Cancun, and around 1 hour 15 minutes' drive north of the hotel.

    The airport is fairly well served internationally. It receives a number of direct flights from large cities and capitals across Europe, most notably from the UK and Germany. Otherwise many indirect options with just one transfer are available, for example via Europe, the USA or elsewhere in Mexico.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • By taxi: The resort is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from the airport and a taxi will cost 19€ - 23€ ($400 - $480 MXN)

VISA

  • In case of any stop over in the United States you must:

    - Have a passport which is valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

    - Obtain an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). You may apply on the official ESTA website.

    Application for the ESTA costs $14 and it is advised to apply at least 72 hours prior to travel.

    The ESTA is valid for up to two years and allows for multiple entries of up to 90 days each into the United States (If you receive a new passport during the two-year entry period, you must reapply for ESTA approval).

  • VeryFlexible: cancellation and refund available up to 7 days before your arrival, to the same card used when booking (the booking fee is retained, and for all bookings of more than 500€, an additional processing fee of 50€ will be retained)
  • 5 nights minimum stay
  • For all departures in 50 days or more, the remaining balance will be automatically deducted 45 days prior to departure.
  • To benefit from the honeymoon offer, a marriage certificate dating no more than 6 months must be presented to the hotel
  • Mandatory government tax of 20 Mexican pesos, per room per night to be paid directly to the hotel either in USD or local currency
