From the high-profile celebs, to dazzling designer wear, and a reputation as the premier film destination on the planet, Cannes is the true embodiment of glamour. But away from all the glitter, Cannes has the charm of a quiet seaside town, and a host of hidden treasures. This is very much like the five-star Mondrian Cannes. It boasts some of the finest creature comforts on earth. But for those who see the details, it offers the same assurance of quality in even the simplest aspects.

The Mondrian Cannes ***** is set just 50 metres from the beach, along the famous Croisette boulevard in the heart of Cannes, a fantastic location for exploring all that the town has to offer!

BY PLANE

  • Although Cannes has its own airport, it is not served by scheduled flights. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE) is located just southwest of Nice city centre, around 30 km / 18 mi from Cannes. It the closest well-served international airport, with flights from many major cities across Europe, including the UK.

    From Nice Airport to the hotel:
    • Taxi: readily available at the taxi rank outside the terminal, it takes about 25 minutes to reach the hotel.
    • Train: Nice Saint Augustin station is 10 minutes' walk from Terminal 1, from which trains take around 25-30 minutes to reach Cannes. It is then a 10 minute bus or five minute taxi ride to the hotel.
    • Car: renting a car is also a great option for exploring the surrounding region during your stay. From Nice Airport, take the A8 motorway towards Antibes / Marseille, and take exit 42 for Cannes - centre.
