Andreola Central Hotel ★★★★

Classic Italian style in the beating heart of Milan.

By Sophie Lawrence, VeryChic correspondent
Though I often try my best not to imbibe in clichés, Elizabeth Gilbert’s best-selling “Eat Pray Love” captured my heart as it did for so many other young budding travellers. It’s with this grand notion of self-discovery, and the intention of eating my weight in pasta, that I made the solo trip to the gorgeous city of Milan – a city which could make even Paris look out of season. The Andreola Central Hotel **** drew me in with its immersive location and held me spellbound with its quintessential Milanese charm. Where better place to begin my love affair with the fashion capital of the world?
