When my boyfriend told me we were going on a nature retreat to Galzignano Terne, he was met with looks of bafflement on my end, with “where, sorry?” being my first reaction instead of the usual giddy excitement. The nearest airport to Galzignano Terme is that of Venice. However, the hotel can also be reached by flying into the airports of Treviso (79 km), Bologna (109 km) and Verona (117 km). Venice Marco Polo Airport (77 km) is the closest well-served international airport, lcoated 50 minutes drive north east of the hotel, it receives flights from many capitals and major cities across Europe.
HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
- By airport transfer service: available for a surcharge from Venice, Verona and Bologna
- By car: You can rent a car at the Venice Airport through most major car rental companies. To arrive to the hotel from the airport, take Viale Alvise Cà Da Mosto and SS14 to A2. Then take the A57, A4/E70 and A13 to Via Mincana/Strada Provinciale 9/SP9 in Carrara San Giorgio. Take the exit Terme Euganee from the A13 and continue on Via Mincana/Strada Provinciale 9/SP9 to Galzignano Terme. Follow the signs for the hotel.
- By train: to the railway station of Padua, then regular bus service every 20 minutes or by taxi to Galzignano Terme. Or to the railway station of Terme Euganee (Padova-Bologna line) then regular bus or taxi to Galzignano Terme.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
