The Hôtel Tilsitt Etoile is located just a stone's throw from the Place de l'Étoile, between avenues Mac-Mahon and Wagram.

BY PLANE

  • Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), located 25 km (16 mi) to the northeast of Paris, Paris Orly (ORY), located 13 km (8.1 mi) south of Paris, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), around 85 km (53 mi) north of Paris (near the city of Beauvais).

    Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe. Meanwhile, low-cost airlines (notably Ryanair), operate flights to Paris Beauvais from many cities across Europe.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORTS TO THE HOTEL

  • From Paris Charles de Gaulle:
    - By taxi: They are easily found outside each terminal, make sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the taxi rank. Fares vary considerably depending on traffic, but expect to pay somewhere between 55€ to 65€.

    - By train: This is generally the most cost-efficient method. The airport is connected to the city via Line B of the RER; take the train to Châtelet Les Halles, and switch to the metro system, taking line M1 (yellow) for 8 stops to Charles de Gaulle - Etoile.

    From Paris Orly:
    - By taxi: They are easily found outside each terminal, make sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the taxi rank. Fares vary considerably depending on traffic, but expect to pay somewhere between 40€ to 50€.

    - By train: The airport is connected to RER line B via the bus service ORLYVAL. The bus will drop you off at the RER station Anthony. You can take the RER to Châtelet Les Halles, switch to the metro, and take line M1 (yellow) for 7 stops to Charles de Gaulle - Etoile.

    From Paris-Beauvais:
    - By train: Take a taxi or shuttle bus to Beauvais station, from there take the TER line 19 to Paris Gare du Nord. Then take the RER line B to Châtelet Les Halles followed by metro line M1 (yellow) to Charles de Gaulle - Etoile.

    - By bus: There is a shuttle bus operating between the airport and Porte Maillot in the city centre. From there take the metro line M1 (yellow) for 3 stops to Charles de Gaulle - Etoile.

    From the Charles de Gaulle - Etoile stop, walk up Avenue de Wagram and take a left onto Rue Brey.
