The Côté Sable **** is set in Cap Ferret near Arcachon Beach and overlooking the Bay of Arcachon. It is located just south of Lège-Cap-Ferret and near the market town of Andernos-Les-Bains, it boasts a peaceful location just under an hour's drive from Bordeaux in Southwest France.
BY PLANE
Bordeaux-Merignac Airport (BOD), sits around 12 km / 7.5 mi west of Bordeaux city centre and around 60 minute's drive from the hotel. It is an international airport which is fairly well-served by flights from number of major cities across Europe, including the UK.
From the airport to the hotel:
• Bus: the Navette Shuttle 30’ operates daily to Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station in the city centre. Otherwise, public line 1+ also operates to the train station, via Bordeaux Centre and Mérignac Centre.
• Taxi: taxis can be found outside of Hall A, and available daily between the first and last flight of the day.
BY TRAIN
Gare de Bordeaux-Saint-Jean, formerly Bordeaux-Midi, receives France's high-speed TGV train services, therefore it is possible to reach Bordeaux by train from a number of neighbouring countries with a change for example in Paris, as well as elsewhere in France.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
