Dubrovnik Airport (DBV), is located around 15.5km / 9.5 mi to down the coast to the southeast of Dubrovnik city centre.
Most flights are to this airport are seasonal, and it may be necessary to fly indirect via another European city. British Airways operate direct flights from London-Gatwick all year round however, Vueling fly direct from Rome all year round, and Croatia Airlines fly direct from Frankfurt, Rome and Zagreb all year round.
Reaching the hotel is somewhat of a lengthy process thanks to the island's beautiful, remote location. We recommend taking a bus, a ferry and a taxi as follows:
- By bus: An "Atlas Croatia" bus leaves the airport 4 times a day to take you from the main airport to Dubrovnik, costing 6€ per person.
Ticket schedule is available here
- By ferry: Fast track ferry lines are available to connect Korcula to cities such as Rijeka, Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik several times per week. Ticket details are available on www.jadrolinija.hr or www.krilo.hr. This only costs between 5€-8€!
- By taxi: Once you arrive at Korcula port the most convenient option (especially after travelling so long) is a taxi. The journey lasts between 30-40 minutes and costs round 50€.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
