  • The main airport in Crete, and closest to the hotel, is Heraklion International Airport, “Nikos Kazantzakis” (HER). It sits around 5 km to the east of Heraklion city center, near the municipality of Nea Alikarnassos.

    A large number of airlines operate flights to Heraklion Airport, from a large number of cities across Europe, however it should be noted that most international flights to the airport operate seasonally, mostly during the summer. You may have to fly first to Athens and take a second flight or a boat from there.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • - By taxi: the best way to reach the hotel is by a licensed taxi found at the airport's arrivals terminal, which will cost between 30€-40€ for a 20 minute journey depending on traffic.
