TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Citizens of most European countries, including the UK, will be granted a visa upon arrival at UAE airports.

    To enter the United Arab Emirate, it is mandatory to have a passport which is valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in the UAE, along with proof of return or onward travel out of the UAE.

BY PLANE

  • Dubai International Airport (DXB) sits about 4.6km / 2.9mi northeast of Dubai city centre.

    The airport welcomes many international flights, including from most capitals and other large cities across the UK and the rest of Europe, and serves as the main base for Emirates airlines.

  • Covid-19 health & travel rules for Dubai:
    As of November 2022 most Covid-19 related restrictions/requirements have been lifted, however, we recommend checking the Visit Dubai website, or UAE Government Portal, to see the most up-to-date information.
  • 2 nights minimum stay
  • For all departures in 50 days or more, the remaining balance will be automatically debited 45 days prior to departure
  • Local tourist taxes are not included: 20 AED (around €5) per night, per room (to be pad directly to the hotel)
  • The rates are valid only for guests residing in Europe. Otherwise, the hotel's public rate will apply
  • Ramadan: Although eating, drinking and smoking in public places is strongly discouraged in accordance with local standards, hotels will offer meals and drinks in many of their restaurants and bars.
    Alcohol consumption is permitted in the complex bars after sunset only. The rest of the day, drinking alcohol is not possible in public places.
    The vast majority of tourist attractions will be open during Ramadan and the degree of attendance can be reduced.
