Burgundy is the cradle of two delicious passions that the French do so well; food and wine, as well as the location of the dazzling Renaissance city, Dijon. The Chailly is a classified, historical National Monument. A grandiose Chateau transformed into a fine hotel, the property is kitted out with their own wine cellar, tennis courts, gardens, a heated swimming pool, 18-hole golf course, onsite mountain bikes and relaxing spa. The choices are endless: will it be a morning swim in the crystalline pool or a fresh morning bike ride? A late night of billiards or an evening down in the arched wine cellar savouring sweet and smoky wines?
The bedrooms are no less grand than their setting; they are decorated in deep and rich colours, regal reds and wealthy golds. French windows provide a view of the manicured gardens outside and flood the room with light during the day.
