The Enorme Armonia Beach **** (Adults Only) hotel enjoys a picturesque beachside location on the beautiful Amoudara sand beach, around 4km from the centre of Heraklion.

BY PLANE

  • The main airport in Crete, and closest to the hotel, is Heraklion International Airport, “Nikos Kazantzakis” (HER). It sits around 5 km to the east of Heraklion city center, near the municipality of Nea Alikarnassos, and 14km away from the hotel.

    A large number of airlines operate flights to Heraklion Airport, from a large number of cities across Europe, however it should be noted that most international flights to the airport operate seasonally, mostly during the summer. You may have to fly first to Athens and take a second flight or a boat from there.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • - By taxi: taxis are usually available at the hotel's licensed taxi rank, and a journey lasting no more than 10-15 minutes costs around 22€-27€. Alternatively for added security, you may arrange a taxi transfer in advance.

    - By car: hiring a car (in advance!) and picking it up from the airport is a convenient way to reach the hotel which also lets you explore the island at your own leisure. From the airport, take the VOAK/A90/E75 and follow towards Gazi. Take the exit heading for Gazi/Anogia and merge off the VOAK/A90/E75, then take the 3is Septemvriou and Leof. Andrea Papandreou towards Paros, and continue until you see your destination on the right.
