BY PLANE
Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), 25 km / 16 mi to the northeast, Paris Orly (ORY), 13 km / 8.1 mi to the south, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), around 85 km / 53 mi to the north (near Beauvais). Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe. Meanwhile, low-cost airlines (notably Ryanair), operate flights to Paris Beauvais.
From the airports to the hotel:
• From Charles de Gaulle Airport: taxis are easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the rank. Alternatively, take RER line B to Chatelet-Les Halles, then metro line 1 to Reuilly–Diderot.
• From Orly Airport: taxis are easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the rank. Alternatively, take the Orlyval bus to Antony RER station, then RER line B to Chatelet-Les Halles, and then metro line 1 to Reuilly - Diderot.
• From Beauvais Airport: take a taxi or shuttle bus to Beauvais Station, then a TER train to Gare du Nord. From there, take metro line 4 to Starsbourg Saint-Denis, followed by line 8 to Faidherbe–Chaligny.
BY TRAIN
It is possible to reach Paris from a number of neighbouring countries including the UK, as well as elsewhere in France, via high-speed train services (for example Eurostar, Thalys, and France's TGV). Most international trains arrive at Paris Gare du Nord or neighbouring Paris Gare de l'Est. From there, take metro line 4 to Starsbourg Saint-Denis, followed by line 8 to Faidherbe–Chaligny.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
