BY PLANE

  • Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), located 25 km (16 mi) to the northeast of Paris, Paris Orly (ORY), located 13 km (8.1 mi) south of Paris, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), around 85 km (53 mi) north of Paris (near the city of Beauvais).

    Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe. Meanwhile, low-cost airlines (notably Ryanair), operate flights to Paris Beauvais from many cities across Europe.



    From the UK is it possible to book via Eurostar, otherwise Thalys or TGV operate from other neighbouring counties and elsewhere in France.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • From Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport:

    - By taxi: Taxis are easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the rank. Fares vary depending on traffic, but expect to pay between 50€ to 65€.

    - By train: This is generally the most cost-efficient method. The airport connects to the city via Line B of the RER. Take the train to Paris Gare du Nord and switch to the bus system, taking the 65 down to Jacques Bonsergent metro, a 1 minute walk away.

    From Paris Orly Airport:

    - By taxi: Taxis are easily found outside each terminal, make sure to take an officially licensed taxi from the rank. Fares vary depending on traffic, but expect to pay between 30€ to 40€.

    - By train: Take Orly Sud to Anthony, where you can use the B line to go to Gare du Nord. Here, switch to line 5 to take the metro to Jacques Bonsergent, a 1 minute walk from the hotel.

    From Paris Beauvais Airport:

    - By public transport: take the Beauvais bus shuttle service to General Koenig, from where you can take the 43 bus to Gare du Nord. Here change for the metro and take Line 5 to Jacques Bonsergent, a 1 minute walk from the hotel.
