The closest airport to the hotel is Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) located 27 kilometres northwest of the Loop (Chicago central business district) and around 25 kilometres from the hotel, a journey of around 25 minutes. This airport serves as a hub for Air Choice One, American Airlines and United Airlines and as a focus city for Frontier Airlines and Spirit Airlines. Therefore it is well served internationally and receives flights from most capitals and major cities acorss Europe.

For travel to the United States you must:
- Have a passport which is valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
- Obtain an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). You may apply on the official ESTA website.
Application for the ESTA costs $14 and it is advised to apply at least 72 hours prior to travel.
The ESTA is valid for up to two years and allows for multiple entries of up to 90 days each into the United States (If you receive a new passport during the two-year entry period, you must reapply for ESTA approval).
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
