Hôtel Tourisme Avenue
66, avenue de la Motte Picquet
75015
Paris
France
Situated in one of the calmer regions of Paris, in the 15th arrondissement, the hotel Tourisme Avenue finds itself just a 15-minute walk from the Champ de Mars and from the majestic Eiffel Tower.
Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), located 25 kilometres to the northeast of Paris and around 35 kilometres from the hotel, Paris Orly (ORY), located 13 kilometres south of Paris and around 19 kilometres from the hotel, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), around 85 km / 53 mi north of Paris (near the city of Beauvais).
Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe. Meanwhile, low-cost airlines (notably Ryanair), operate flights to Paris Beauvais from many cities across Europe.
From Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport:
It takes 30-45 minutes by taxi - fares can vary considerably. Otherwise, by public transport, take the RER B to Denfert-Rochereau (or the Roissybus shuttle to Charles de Gaulle – Étoile), followed by the metro line 6 to La Motte-Picquet Grenelle, a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
From Paris Orly Airport:
It takes 30-45 minutes by taxi - fares can vary considerably. Otherwise, by public transport, take the OrlyVal bus to RER station Antony, then line B of the RER to Denfert-Rochereau followed by metro line 6 to La Motte-Picquet Grenelle, a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
From Paris Beauvais Airport:
Take the bus to Porte Maillot. From there, take metro line 1 to Charles de Gaulle – Étoile followed by line 6 to La Motte-Picquet Grenelle, a 2 minute walk from the hotel (alternatively, take the shuttle to the train station and take a train to Paris Gare du Nord, from there, take metro line 4 to Strasbourg–Saint-Denis and change for line 8 to La Motte-Picquet Grenelle).
From the UK is it possible to book via Eurostar, otherwise companies such as TGV or Thalys operate high-speed services from elsewhere in France and other neighbouring European countries. Most international trains arrive at Paris Gare du Nord or Paris Gare de l'Est.
From Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, take metro line 4 to Strasbourg–Saint-Denis followed by line 8 to La Motte-Picquet Grenelle, a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
