Located between Broadway and Times Square, the Crowne Plaza Times Square **** offers its guests a perfect location to discover New York together with a breathtaking skyline view from many vantage points in the hotel.
New York is currently served by two main international airports: John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), located around 12 mi (20 km) southeast of Lower Manhattan, and around 27 kilometres from the hotel, and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), located around 15 mi (24 km) southwest of Midtown Manhattan, in New Jersey, and around 28 kilometres from the hotel.
Between them they receive international flights from a large number of airlines and destinations, including from most capitals and many large cities across Europe.
For travel to the United States you must:
- Have a passport which is valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
- Obtain an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). You may apply on the official ESTA website.
Application for the ESTA costs $14 and it is advised to apply at least 72 hours prior to travel.
The ESTA is valid for up to two years and allows for multiple entries of up to 90 days each into the United States (If you receive a new passport during the two-year entry period, you must reapply for ESTA approval).
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
