Great food, fantastic wine.

Rustic Umbrian dishes are given a refined twist at the panoramic restaurant, which sources local produce and seasonal ingredients to create a delicious menu in the open kitchen. As for wine, guests are welcomed with a bottle from Cantina Todini and encouraged to explore the estate’s vineyards to learn more about the grapes growing here.

Incredible architecture.

With its Renaissance temple and underground ruins of a Roman forum, Todi makes for a beautiful visit. But you’ll also find attractive architecture at Relais Todini, which began life as a farm and is today a beautifully restored boutique hotel thanks to the addition of a twelfth-century manor house. Behind its stone walls, the public spaces and 12 rooms and suites are an intimate sanctuary combining period features, such as terracotta tiles, tapestries and frescoes, with modern comforts.

Stunning natural beauty.

More natural beauty as well as Todi’s skyline can be seen from the outdoor heated Jacuzzi. The spa’s chromotherapeutic Turkish bath offers guests another place to relax. Trips to nearby towns, such as Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia, are an attractive option, but there’s plenty to explore at Relais Todini first. Surrounded by 1,000 hectares of land, guests can take in their surroundings from the outdoor swimming pool, relaxation area and tennis court as well as by walking or cycling between the estate’s olive groves, lakes and woodlands.
