New Star Beach Resort **** is ideally located on the East of the island of Koh Samui, Thailand's second largest island which lies in the Gulf of Thailand off the East coast of the Kra Isthmus, near the airport.

ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES

  • Passports must be valid for 6 months from the return date of your trip.

    Thailand has a visa exemption agreement with a number of countries, including the UK and countries in the EU. This allows for a maximum stay of 30 days upon entering Thailand via an international airport or land border checkpoint from neighbouring countries.

    The visit must be strictly for tourism purposes, visitors must have a confirmed return ticket/proof of onward travel for within 30 days of entry (open tickets do not qualify), and visitors must have proof of funds of at least 10,000 THB per person.

  • The closest airport is the Koh Samui Airport which is located 6.4km from the hotel (approx an 18min drive).
  • Covid-19 health & travel rules for Thailand:
