BY BOAT

  • The Messina to Lipari ferry crossing connects Sicily with the Aeolian islands. There is currently only 1 ferry company operating this service, Liberty Lines Fast Ferries.

    The crossing lasts around 1 hour and 25 minutes. The duration and frequency of the Messina to Lipari crossings can vary according to season.

    The departue to Lipari takes place at 2:10pm and the return to Messina at 7am.
