The airport serving the city of Naples is Naples-Capodichino International Airport (NAP), and is found 5.9 km / 3.7 mi north-northeast of the city and just a short distance from Tangenziale.
The airport receives flights from many capitals and major cities across Europe, flights from Scandinavia may include a stopover in Düsseldorf, Munich or Rome.The Alibus, situated on your right at the exit of the hotel drops you off at Molo Beverello port. For your transfers, there is a free shuttle service between Molo Beverello and Porta di Massa. The bus will drop you off a small distance from the port, and you will therefore have to pass the castle in order to reach to port (approximately 5 minutes).
BY FERRY
At the port, you can purchase your tickets for Ischia. There are several kiosks; we recommend you choose one which is best fitting to your schedule. Departures rom Naples or Pozzuoli are frequent, allowing you to reach the island of Ischia with ease and until late in the night, with the possibility of loading your car or motorbike onto the ferry.There are two types of boats in the Gulf of Naples: ferries (Traghetto) which transport both passengers and vehicules, and hydroplanes, which transport only passengers. They are quicker but also a little more expensive. The embarkation port for hydroplanes is called Molo Beverello, meanwhile that of ferries is Porta di Massa.By ferry, the journey from Naples-Porta lasts around 80 minutes, and from Pozzouli it is about an hour. The journey by hydroplane from
Naples-Molo Beverello is 50 minutes.
