Belle Isle sur Risle ★★★★

Belle Epoque splendour in a beautiful rural setting.

Very good

We turned off the Route de Rouen, down a narrow lane with a sharp left-hand bend and across a small bridge onto a tiny private island formed by two tributaries of the River Risle. Then an unexpected discovery revealed itself: exquisite gardens on either side of a gravel driveway and the ivy-covered façade of a stately mansion, This was the start of our Belle Isle sur Risle experience. A hidden place of luxury, taste and first class leisure activities.

BY PLANE

  • The closest well-served airports are those of Paris, Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Paris Orly (ORY), and Paris Beauvais (BVA), with Orly Airport being slightly closer than the others. All three airports are about 2 hours' drive from the hotel.

Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe, including the UK. Meanwhile, mainly low-cost airlines operate to Paris Beauvais, from a number of cities across Europe, including the UK.

We recommend renting a car at the airport and driving to the hotel as it will allow also you to visit the surrounding areas during your stay, like the chic town of Deauville.
