Located on the border between Thessaly and Macedonia, Mount Olympus stands triumphantly as the highest mountain in Greece. It is majestically beautiful, and the not-so-humble abode of the twelve Greek gods. From this great height, the Olympians presided over the world, drinking nectar and indulging in ambrosia. After millennia of feasting, quarrelling and observing humans, however, the Gods were in search of another nearby paradise, to partake in human pleasures.
Naturally, Mythic Summer Hotel was the ideal choice, it is surrounded by wild plants, gently swaying palm trees and all manner of colourful vegetation. The building itself is a handsome piece of architecture, it incorporates both modern and traditional Greek design elements. The owners were quite suspicious of the twelve glowing Olympians, especially with their peculiar attire, but treated them with the warmest of welcomes as they do all their guests.
The Gods were more than delighted with their Superior Rooms, Zeus looked fondly back at the glorious Mount Olympus from his balcony, seeing it in a completely new light and now appreciating its unparalleled beauty. Meanwhile, Demeter gazed lovingly over the hotel’s tranquil garden whilst Poseidon slipped into the opulent swimming pool, basking in the glorious Greek sun. At Poseidon’s persistent request, the Gods all took a leisurely walk from the hotel to the peaceful beach, which is only a short stroll away, after a fun-filled day, they returned to Mythic Summer Hotel for a refreshing drink at the brilliant bar.
After a soundless night’s sleep, Zeus woke up and was thrilled to have a splendid breakfast served to him in his very own room. He wandered out onto his private balcony once more and smiled as the fresh air and warm sun tickled his skin. He stared once more at the magnificent Mount Olympus, but decided he would stay here at Mythic Summer Hotel for just a little longer at least.
