Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), 25 km / 16 mi to the northeast, Paris Orly (ORY), 13 km / 8.1 mi to the south, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), around 85 km / 53 mi to the north (near the city of Beauvais). Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe, including the UK. Meanwhile, mainly low-cost airlines (notably Ryanair), operate flights to Paris Beauvais.
From the airports to the hotel:
• From Paris Charles de Gaulle: taxis are easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, fares vary greatly depending on traffic. Alternatively, take the RER line B to Châtelet les Halles, followed by metro line 14 (magenta) to Pont Cardinet, a short walk from the hotel.
• From Paris Orly Airport: taxis are again easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, fares vary greatly according to traffic. Alternatively, take the Orlyval bus to Antony station, then RER line B to Châtelet les Halles, then metro line 14 (magenta) to Pont Cardinet, a short walk from the hotel.
• From Paris-Beauvais Airport: take the Aérobus to Port Maillot in Paris city centre, from which it is less than 10 minutes in a taxi to the hotel. Alternatively, from Port Maillot, take the RER line C for one stop to Pereire Levallois, a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
BY TRAIN
It is possible to reach Paris from a number of neighbouring countries including the UK, as well as elsewhere in France, via high-speed train services (for example Eurostar, Thalys, and France's TGV). Most international trains arrive at Paris Gare du Nord or Paris Gare de l'Est.
