Anne-Sophie and her husband David wanted their hotel to be a warm, welcoming second home to all, they chose rich leather and handsome rosewood materials for the furniture, and silk carpets to adorn the marble and stone floors. The décor has powdery tones, beige and mauve, that dominate the airy spaces, illuminated by designer and atmospheric lamps. The inviting velvet armchairs provide a touch of colour to the rooms, whilst the bathrooms combine light stone, marble and chrome fittings for a spa-like ambiance.
In Anne-Sophie Pic – The Restaurant, Anne Sophie invites you to what she describes as a bubble of intimacy and cosiness, where time stands still. The restaurant has a crystal chandelier overlooking three spaces, each are flooded with light by the large bay windows that also reveal the gorgeous gardens. The restaurant serves exceptional and divine dishes, in which a wealth of different influences and flavours are fused together, that earned it three esteemed stars.
